Be sure to visit them at idropnews.com Apple’s Shortcuts app is an intuitive app that streamlines your most frequent tasks and daily schedules. Shortcuts allows you to optimize your digital routine by shortening the sequence of taps and swipes required to otherwise complete the same objective. With a simple tap or a voice command to Siri, the app reduces time-consuming repetitive activities. The Shortcuts app has a broad range of capabilities, from sending messages to controlling smart home devices. Among its many capabilities, Shortcuts includes one straightforward but important feature: Expiration Reminders. This feature keeps you informed about the expiration dates of essential items, such as perishable groceries and medications. Here’s how to use Expiration Reminders to stay ahead of managing important dates for your household. Creating Expiration Reminders Follow these simple steps to create an Expiration Reminder in your Shortcuts app: 1. Open Shortcuts. If you can’t locate the app, use the search feature at the bottom of your home screen. 2, Tap Gallery in the bottom right of the screen. 3. In the search bar, type “expiration.” A green Expiration Reminder icon will appear. Tap it. 4. On the next screen, tap Add Shortcut.
