FABRIX > OFFERING STYLE AND PROTECTION
Do you want to keep an electronic gizmo
in pristine condition? Fabrix of Singapore
has the answer for you: use a hand-made,
custom case to protect your investment.
Originally designed for iPods, Macbooks
and Macbook Pros, Fabrix cases recently
expanded into the PC market.
"Each Fabrix design is available only in
limited quantities and we do not stock up
on the old designs," the company Web
site states. "Exclusiveness is what we focus
on. Each Fabrix case is purely handmade
and sewn to precision such that it is a
snug fit for your gadget.
"Right here in the heart of Fabrix, we
believe strongly in customer service and
product quality. We try our best to cater
to each individual customer's requests and
we practise stringent quality control
checks. At the same time, we strive hard
to offer the best to our customers at the
most affordable rates."
Since Fabrix cases are custom made, they
can fit almost any small electronic device
with a snug hold. So, the device will stay
in its case during normal daily movement.
The cases are well-padded and designed
to stand up to wear and tear. Cases come
in a variety of colors and fabrics, including
corduroy and denim. Stylish polka dot,
floral and even suit material are available
in the basic and deluxe model. The deluxe
model offers a Velcro strap and an outside
pocket to hold small items.
Each case is made only after an order is
placed so that there are limited quantities
in different designs and patterns. All of
the Fabrix products are washable and
water resistant for added protection.
Pricing for an iPod cover begins at $21.90
and goes up to about $45 for a laptop
case. Custom-designed cases are slightly
more expensive and take longer to
produce. Camera cases are also available
and cost around $25. For more informa-
