New Vitals App Vitals is a new app coming with watchOS 11. It will help you keep track of vital signs like your heart rate, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, sleep duration, and blood oxygen levels. The goal of this app is to show you how your body is behaving. You can check your daily or weekly vitals and understand how your body is doing. You’ll also get a better insight into your vitals when you sleep. For instance, you can review your vitals and find out if your respiratory rate or temperature was off the night before. You’ll also get notifications if your Apple Watch senses something is wrong with your body.
