Exploring the TourBox Elite By Ric Getter | Images courtesy of TourBox Plucking it out of the tight-fitting box, it looks something like a game controller from a different dimension, vaguely familiar yet totally different. With an odd assortment buttons, dials and knobs on its slightly trapazoidal body, it is almost intimidating. What you can’t see is just how perfectly these controls are laid out for what you need to do. The TourBox Elite is a controller (more accurately, a control surface), but of a very different kind, designed for creatives rather than gamers. The Elite is designed to let you work almost entirely with it under one hand and your mouse or tablet under the other. Ideally, your keyboard will only need to be used for what it was made for: typing text.
