Our Enduring Favorites Little Mac Apps You Can’t Live Without By Ric Getter With a history as a Mac user more easily measured in decades than years, it’s sometime too easy to forget about those applications and utilities that have been such a regular part of my work that I rarely give them a second thought. Nearly all of these at least started out as homegrown programs, created and often supported by a single developer. Unlike the big-name publishers, they lack the big advertising and PR budgets that flood my mailbox, so a lot of folks simply don’t know about them. This will remedy that. So to pay back a longstanding debt of gratitude for their work, this month, MacDirectory is going to give them a bit of the attention they deserve and enlighten you, dear readers, about some great tools you may have been missing.
