If you don’t want to stray too far from your bed, try out the Bamboo Sleep Pants, a.k.a. pajamas. These bad boys are like wearing a pair of warm sheets around your legs. They feature functional pockets that don’t add to the bulk, as well as an elastic waistband and decorative button faux-fly (who needs a real fly when you have an elastic waistband). The pants are straight cut with no tapering or elastic at the ankles, which is just how I want my pajama pants tailored. Deriving all the same desirable attributes from the bamboo as the bed sheets, the Bamboo Sleep Pants are soft, without being hot. Softer than cotton, but cooler than flannel. The perfect balance. For a more formal look, Cariloha makes a Bamboo Woven Button-Up in a few solid neutral colors and a couple of appealing patterns. These short sleeve, button-up shirts are perfect for a happy hour at the beach bar, or a casual Friday in the office. Working remote and trying to look professional but stay as comfortable as possible? The Bamboo Woven Button-Ups have a collar and buttons for that professional look, but bamboo softness for that comfortable feel. The Bamboo Woven Button-Ups are loose fitting with plenty of space, and have a buttoned chest pocket (see boss, it’s professional!). If you’re not a fan of all the buttons, and want something with a little more tailored fit, check out the Bamboo Performance Jersey Polo. While the button-ups are woven, the polos have more of a t-shirt feel (but not actually a t-shirt material). The super-soft texture is a delight, which is important as this polo will spend a lot of it’s time up against your skin. The 4-way stretch fabric takes the bamboo fabric to the next level, taking full advantage of those breathable natural characteristics. It also holds up in the wash, which is great for something you’re going to want to wear so often. Of course, you can’t go wrong with a stable full of Cariloha tee shirts. Once renowned for their quality souvenir shirts (think t-shirts featuring the location where you’re buying it printed across the front), Cariloha now offers solid color Bamboo Comfort Crew Tees for everyday wear. Good t-shirts are important to have in every closet, and you’ll never want to take this one off. Cariloha claims that their eco-friendly bamboo fabrics run three degrees cooler than cotton, and while I haven’t busted out my thermometer, I tend to believe them. Even more important, it is three degrees softer than cotton, and all the more comfortable for it. Whether you’re looking to upgrade your bed sheets or your wardrobe, go to Cariloha for fabrics as friendly for the environment as they are for your skin.
