MacDirectory 55 CONTENTS DEPARTMENT The Notes are easily structured with the Drag & Drop feature and Notes are quickly taken thanks to the Action bar. After a Note is taken, you will able to browse Actions from any tab and apply filters to them. The fact that the Notes are dynamically built allows the app to automatically generate Meeting Minutes. This feature is impressively timesaving. You just have to click on the export button on the top right and its done, in a second. The Projects/People/Actions Tabs Another important tab is the Project Tab. It's the place to organize your Beesy according to your own requirements. Manage several projects at the same time or just divide activities into separate directories. From this tab, you'll find all information, actions and notes in a single place for each project. Then you have the Actions and People Tab. These tabs are more for actions consulting, with the possibility to browse them per action type in the Actions Tab (and set default settings for each), check the follow-up on them per collaborator in the People Tab. Moreover, actions can be added, updated or deleted from any tabs. Conclusion and New features BeesApps is growing and planning amazing new features including a partnership with LiveScribe and MyScript and a Salesforce integration. Live Scribe and MyScript Partnership: Beesy supports now the LiveScribe 3 Smartpen and is disrupting the way professionals take Notes. The LiveScribe 3 Smartpen lets you take Notes on a notebook and automatically digitize and transfer them to Beesy where MyScript transcribes handwritten notes into editable text. Thanks to LiveScribe notebooks you can also choose what actions will be created when you write a sentence by pointing the pen on a dedicated area in the page. This new way of taking notes, and more generally of controlling an application through physical interaction, might open the gates of a whole new way of the integration of traditional ways of doing into digital tools. Salesforce Integration: In order to prevent all possibilities of double entry and save more time, Beesy is integrating Salesforce in its workflow. The idea is that when you add a contact into your Beesy, it goes directly to your Salesforce. The objective is to make the creation of a lead in Salesforce quicker and easier from Beesy, knowing that Salesmen spend almost half their time filling a CRM instead of actually selling. In a near future, you might be able to create to-do lists, delegate work, update your Salesforce account and projects just by handwriting meeting notes in your notebook.
