Rebelle 4 Real Dust of Dry Media Lubomir Zabadal, Department of Creative Arts and Art Education, UKF University in Nitra, Slovakia In the digital world, graphic software Rebelle is generally known for its fantastic watercolor and oil simulation. However, version 4 comes with major changes within dry media as well. For humankind, the tendency to leave a mark in this world is very important. It was so, even in ancient times and most likely this drive will not change for future generations either. In the beginning, when a prehistoric man lived in the dark caves, something magical happened. Surrounded by firelight, he grabbed dirty charcoal from the fire pit and made the first line on the wall. The touch of firm material with a rough surface allowed him to portray his vision of the world. His imaginations, dreams, and hopes were transformed into a visible and touchable form.
