New Pride Apple Watch Faces Have This Fun, Hidden Easter Egg By Kelly Hodgkins Apple recently released its latest Pride Apple Watch bands for 2021, an annual tradition that coincides with Pride month. Along with the Watch straps, Apple also debuted its companion Apple Watch faces that celebrate Pride month and have a fun Easter egg. The Apple Pride Watch faces come in two flavors -– a basic rectangular face with no complications and a circular layout that includes a few complications that you can customize. Though the rectangular face does not have complications, it is still interactive. In fact, both faces are interactive and include this fun Easter egg. All you need to do is download and install the new Pride watch faces – and once installed, simply turn the Digital Crown. As you move the Digital Crown, the chosen design will unravel and then wind back up again. It’s this type of small but oh-so-clever detail that sets Apple apart from its competition. Want to check it out yourself? Then download iOS 14.6 and get cracking. The new Apple Watch faces were included in watchOS 7.5, which was released alongside iOS 14.6 last week. Simply open up the Watch app on your iOS device, select the Face gallery and install the new Pride faces. Apple’s new Pride watch bands are available both in-store and online. Apple added new Braided Solo Loop bands and a Nike Sports Loop band in colorful rainbow blends. The Braided Solo Loop retails for $99 and is available in 12 sizes that are compatible with the Apple Watch Series 4 or later and the Apple Watch SE. The Nike Sports Loop sells for $49 and is available for the Apple Watch Series 3 or later.
