My Flight Pack By ERW Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, no one likes hopping onto a plane and sitting for several hours. Sure, you can walk up and down the aisles to keep your legs from falling asleep, try to close your eyes to get some rest, and of course drink some water to stay hydrated— although that might just make you go to the restroom more. You can do all the right things, and still get jetlagged when stepping off the plane. That's where My Flight Pack comes in. The reason why jetlag happens is because of dehydration, and it's easier to get dehydrated in planes, because believe it or not, cabins inside of planes are dryer than deserts. This is why ERW has created the My Flight Pack, which consists of three powder mixes that are meant to combat jetlag. First take the one labeled Prep. Mix the contents of each pouch with water. Try to take this one while you are sitting at the gate. This pack will hydrate your body while it's in the plane. Since planes are extremely dry, the Prep pack is extremely important to take before you board. Then, once you have found your seat and are comfortable, you'll want to get your body ready to relax and calm down. Take the pack labeled Rest after dinner is served, this one will prepare your body for the best type of sleep. You'll be able to get quality sleep—of course it doesn't hurt to pack a travel pillow, especially if you're in a middle seat. Finally, when you are almost at your destination, ask the flight attendant for a glass of water and mix the last pack: Wake. This pack is meant to re-energize you and get you ready to tackle the rest of your day. So now, thanks to the My Flight Pack, you'll be able to get a head start on your new adventure and say goodbye to jetlag. For more information, visit: www.geterw.com
