The ingredients are:
- Lemon zest
- water (enough for consistency)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Small bunch raw broccoli (uncooked)
- 1/4 of an apple
- Small piece of avocado
- 1/4 of a banana
- A few handfuls of parsley
- A small piece of ginger
