The way the classes work is pretty basic.  The students watch the lesson and download the references that are needed for that assignment.  After they are finished with their work, they upload it to the Schoolism site along with any questions that they might have.  I download their homework and questions and then record myself drawing and painting either on top of their work or starting something from scratch.  After that I upload it for them to watch.  The students can watch each other’s critiques and learn from each other.  I really enjoy teaching, it's really encouraging and exciting to watch students grow and I enjoy pushing them and helping in any way that I can.  Also, because I have done hundreds and hundreds of critiques, I too learn quite a bit about my own style and workflow, pushing and challenging myself to also be a better artist.
