department. The battery, though, is something we'll talk about in just a moment. 4. Same Camera, Better Pictures Part of creating a budget iPhone means that Apple will recycle a lot of hardware from previous models, and that includes the camera system. Unfortunately, when it comes to hardware, the camera system on the iPhone SE 3 is pretty much the same as the 2020 iPhone SE. However, thanks to the help of the A15 chip, the iPhone SE can take better pictures than ever before. That means you'll see brighter colors and more detailed photos than with the previous model. Likewise, thanks to the chip, the iPhone SE also has iPhone 13-exclusive features available, like Smart HDR 4 and Photographic Styles. Moreover, you can also shoot videos in 4K without any trouble. One thing's that's missing is Night Mode, so don't expect to take the best pictures at night. Still, thanks to the chip, Apple managed to make an older camera system feel fresh, even for today's standards—even if it's just one camera lens. 3. Don't Expect the Best Battery Life One of the biggest problems with the last iPhone SE was its battery life. Since the iPhone SE has such a small design, the battery can't be as big as with newer devices.
