One thing creative people have in common is that they tend to have creative kids. And they may have also inherited their parents' fascination with cool tech gadgets that give them an outlet for their inspirations. Companies have been trying different ways to connect kids and cameras for a very long time (the Kodak Brownie first launched in 1900). But we think that Oaxis has hit the modern-day sweet- spot with myFirst Camera Insta 2, a digital, instant-print camera for kids looking to take their first shot at photography and embark on a new hobby over the summer. Inside the box is ever y thing your photographer will need to get star ted. Aside from the camera, which comes in a choice of pink or baby-blue, is a color- coordinated strap, three rolls of paper (enough for about 240 prints), a Micro - USB to USB -A charging/download cable, USB - C to USB -A male and female adapters, and a microSD to USB 2.0 adapter that looks a bit like a small thumb drive. The camera comes pre-loaded with a 1 GB microSD card and will accept up to 32 GB. And, of course, there is a sheet of colorful stickers to add to the photos. One of the rolls of paper is, in fact, sticker stock, so the photos from that roll can be stuck on any thing the photographer wants (and, hopefully, their parents approve of ). Additional premium thermal paper that will hold an image for 10 years is $9.90 for a box of three rolls. However, the paper is standard-width 2.25 - inch thermal cash register tape, so you can simply buy a roll or two of that and spool it onto the cores. With accessible fitness products at accessible prices, Letsfit certainly has a market to make everyone's workout s that much more enjoyable.
