2. Alo Moves Alo Moves is another app that focuses on yoga and meditation. What's different about this app is that you'll watch classes from teachers all over the world. Other fitness apps just give you a personalized workout routine for you to follow. With Alo Moves, you can attend and watch different classes about fitness, yoga, and mindfulness. There are thousands of classes to choose from. If you're looking for something in particular, or you're just starting out, you can sort these classes by difficulty, time, or even by the instructor. Plus, Alo Moves promises new classes every day. And, just like your favorite Net f lix shows, you can also download your favorite classes to your iPhone to watch them of f line. The best par t of Alo Moves is that if you're a social person, you can get in touch with other users in their community tab. This way, you'll keep track of your progress and how other people are doing as well. The downside is that Alo Move is on the expensive side. Its subscription costs $20 a month or $199 a year. To give you an example, the Adidas Training App costs $9.99 per month or $49.99 per year. However, you might enjoy and feel more engaged when having actual classes. Plus, if you're someone who likes putting things off, being involved in a community might encourage you to keep working out. If that's the case, you should give Alo Moves' 14 -day trial a shot. 1. At Home Workouts by Daily Burn Similar to Alo Moves, Daily Burn is a fitness app that provides thousands of hours worth of workouts in one place. What's great about Daily Burn is that you have a wider variety of exercises. You can find yoga, cardio, meditation, and even dancing lessons. And if you don't want to watch videos every day, you can also listen to audio workouts. When you start, you'll set up your experience level and set goals and Daily Burn will give you a personalized workout based on what you want to achieve. Daily Burn also has a community for you to join. And you can live chat with other people around the world, including fitness experts. You can choose which workout s you want to do and if you want something new, Daily Burn has workout classes ever y weekday called Daily Burn 365. You can even chat with other members of the class while doing the exercises. The best part is you have a 1-month trial to test everything Daily Burn has to offer. If you don't like it, you can just cancel it one day before your trial ends.
