improve my usage of the medium and my skill with it. Maybe I want to try something new, or I just learned a new technique from a tutorial and want to try it out. Sometimes I choose based on time. I look at the deadline of a piece and then choose the medium that I would be the fastest with. For example, I might go digital, because it's also easier to send. Q: How do you think working in software like Clip Studio Paint is easier compared to traditional media? Having graphics software on the computer or the iPad saves money, because traditional tools eventually finish, so you run out of paper or ink and you have to buy it again. I sometimes ink in Clip Studio, but I'm still fastest when I'm inking traditionally. However, after scanning the pages, I sometimes discover areas where I don't like the linework or it didn't turn out as good as I wanted, so I can seamlessly edit with Clip Studio. Especially with the iPad, it's great that you can create things fully on the go. It's much more difficult to carry all the traditional drawing tools that you need. Q: Do you have any favorite features? Overall in digital art, my favorite feature is Ctrl + Z (undo). Online reading keeps everything mobile, and it makes my work more accessible. And of course, there are people who like to collect things and be able to read it no matter if they have Internet or not. For me, it is always great to have the book in my hand and know that I have worked a long time to achieve that; it has a sense of immortality. A few times a week, I get photos from people receiving the book or unboxing it and saying they loved it. Digital work, however, makes things more accessible for people all over the world. Growing up, I read mostly digital content, because I lived in Nigeria and getting physical copies of my favorite series was difficult, whether it was Japanese comics or not. Q: Saturday AM includes creators from around the world, and many young artists hope to be published. What advice can you give them? As mentioned before, you have to be honest with yourself and do the necessary research to know that comics is actually what you want to do, because you don't want to spend a lot of time with
