1. Can you give me some workout tips for our readers? How do you stay
so fit?
I do a lot of different types of workouts, cardio, Pilates. I have to be strong for
wrestling. I do a lot of Olympic weight lifting.
To tone up, I hit the elliptical four times a week for 45 minutes. Weight lifting will
make you strong.
2. Who is someone you look up to?
I would definitely say my parents. I grew up as a minority in Russia, I was the only
American. I had to prove myself that I disserved to be at that ballet school and get
those grades.
Throughout all the hardships, it's my dad he says, "shoot for the stars, you'll at
least hit the moon."
3. What is an item you always have to have on the road with you?
I would say concealer, because you can cover everything with a little bit of
concealer. And the number one rule is to never board a plane without your
wrestling gear.
4. What is your favorite drink?
Guinness beer and fireball. It depends on how much will I fire-up that night.
5. How do you juggle it all?
I am very ADHD, super hyper, and I am full of energy. That part works for me, I
like to juggle things at once. Sometimes my husband doesn't see me for weeks.
Relationships get compromised. He wants a baby, and I can't wrestle and get
pregnant. But it's all about compromising and balancing.
6. What's your favorite app?
Postmates for those much needed Starbucks and pho deliveries! Ha!
