results can be achieved with the new Liquify tool. This widely used tool gained new potential through its implementation in Rebelle. In the combination with watercolor simulation or oil impasto, the Liquify tool stops being just a tool for corrections, it becomes a creative tool with full potential for working with liquid paint pigments and shapes. Traditional techniques such as Acrylic pouring now gained their digital equivalent. Other additions to the new version are masking layers and clipping masks, which help Rebelle to become a more complex painting tool. With the increasing number of tools and features, commonly, painting software becomes disarranged and difficult to navigate. Thankfully, Rebelle 6 does not belong to this category. The user interface is still very straightforward and organized, easy to navigate. To mention a few examples, the Brush Creator navigation is more intuitive, and a new option to select Favorite brushes out of all categories makes the working process easier. The latest Rebelle version comes with numerous additional improvements, such as light UI,  Xencelabs tablet support, new filters like Lens Blur, Gaussian Blur, Color Range, and various effect brushes. Rebelle 6 is fully compatible with all previously offered paper sets and canvases, which significantly influence the visual results of the painting. Diverse art surfaces are available for purchase at the Escape Motions website. This is an excitingly complex painting tool, which can inspire young artists but also offers professional and unique tools for skilled digital artists. The standard edition of the new Rebelle is offered for US $89.99, and the Pro edition is US $149.99. All existing owners of the previous version are eligible for a 50% discount.  "Rebelle has been my favorite traditional media painting simulation program for years. New improvements in the version 6 such as Liquify, Warp Tool, and new filters make it an increasingly powerful tool for editing painted images. You could say it mixes the best of both worlds!" - Kamila Stankiewicz, Illustrator
